Some users have noticed that photos taken inside the SiteMax mobile app sometimes don’t look as clear or sharp as photos taken with their device’s regular camera. They also can’t adjust focus or lighting well, especially on some Android tablets. This makes reports look less professional. We want to improve the photo feature so pictures taken in the app are clearer and sharper, with better focus and lighting controls, regardless of the device.

A tag cannot be created without a "type". The current type options are notice, user, appointment, drawing, user pay-class, project, material, tool. Could you also add "location" as a type? We have multiple brick and mortar warehouse and are trying to assign materials to their proper locations.

When exporting a filtered report using the “Export CSV with Filters” action from the Company Reports view, not all visible columns (e.g., "Status") are included in the CSV file. This limits the utility of exports when users rely on specific fields shown on screen but missing from the file.

Emergency Response plans need to be readily available for everyone onsite

To better manage submittals on a job site, I’d like to use color-coded statuses that make it easy to visualize how many submittals fall into each category. I also want the ability to export these submittals to a PDF that clearly displays the status colors for quick reference and reporting.

To better manage documents, the creator of the document wants to know when the document has been uploaded successfuly and be notified if the document is deleted.

Allowing hyperlinks on Notices and Notice Boards would help users provide more information to their team.

User would like to see the addition of something similar to Toolboxes for Materials. Where they could separate their materials. (ie; shrubs vs. trees)

When Copying from Existing form, there is not enough information in the title to know exactly which form we are selecting. If this could be customizable that would help.

In static custom forms, text boxes have no indication when too much text has been entered. Character count remaining or inability to add more text should be implemented.
