The current PDF attachment function only links to the safety documents folder. It would be more efficient if we could link PDFs to the project documents folder, as many project documents are not safety-related. This would prevent clutter and ensure that only relevant users have access to specific documents.

In the CO module, each cost section (Labour, Material, Equipment, etc.) includes Overhead % and Profit %. Please add a Bonding % field to each component, allowing users to apply a bonding cost as a percentage of that component’s subtotal. This should be factored into the final total, just like Overhead and Profit. Example: If a Labour subtotal is $10,000 and a Bonding% of 1.5% is entered, the bonding cost ($150) should be calculated and added to the component total. This ensures full cost visibility for bonded work and reduces manual markup adjustments.
